I was really excited when I got this- it's a pearl ring from a site calle Sneakpeeq. You can "peeq" (view) items and earn discount badges and when you join you get a $10 credit badge and this just so happened to have free shipping on it. It seems like each month there's something you can get but you can only get an item free once (you only get the $$ badge for joining).
